Fortunately for you, video chats have not perfected transferring your call to another department, so we make sure the first person you talk to will be the one who can answer all your questions. Either that, or if you need us to sit down with you and draw diagrams on napkins on how everything is covered so nothing is left unmentioned over a cup of coffee at Saquella Cafe we can do that too, or tea if that's your cup of... oh, you know.
